You are constantly rebuilding yourself at the cellular level. Your body produces 1 billion new cells every hour. No matter how old you are, most of you is no older than 10 years old.

If we could figure out a way to accelerate that we could live forever.

1. I do improv comedy. I’ve met a lot of great friends through it and I really enjoy performing and making people laugh. It’s nerve racking, but I love it.
2. I love to sing along to songs. I can pretty much turn on the radio at anytime and find 3 or more songs I can sing all the way through. I can’t sing for shit and thus I falsetto it and imagine it’s my song.
3. I haven’t seen a commercial in over a year. We got rid of cable TV and now I download everything we watch.
4. I have spiritual beliefs that I’ve come to realize about myself. I’m more than welcome to share them with anyone, but I also understand it’s up to the individual to come to their own realization as most people are too deeply rooted in their own beliefs.
5. I still have much to learn.
6. I can never remember my dreams. I’ve tried all the techniques I’ve found online that are supposed to help. It’s been years since I can remember having dreams.
7. I know that the molecules in my body are traceable to phenomena in the Cosmos.
8. I’m very good at analyzing things, but I also have ADHD so I have a hard time focusing. Once something actually catches my attention I automatically analyze it from different perspectives and will spend a lot of time thinking about it.
9. I feel like I was forced to grow up too fast by the situations I was stuck with growing up and I missed out on a lot of opportunities. I didn’t even smoke weed until I was 23.
10. Marijuana changed my life. It helped me deal with depression, introduced me to most of the friends I hang out with, brought me closer to my family, and most importantly it really opened my mind about a lot of things. I was really closed minded, had a short temper, and a horrible outlook on life.

I AM is an utterly engaging and entertaining non-fiction film that poses two practical and provocative questions: what’s wrong with our world, and what can we do to make it better?   The filmmaker behind the inquiry is Tom Shadyac, one of Hollywood’s leading comedy practitioners and the creative force behind such blockbusters as “Ace Ventura,” “Liar Liar,” “The Nutty Professor,” and “Bruce Almighty.”   However, in I AM, Shadyac steps in front of the camera to recount what happened to him after a cycling accident left him incapacitated, possibly for good. Though he ultimately recovered, he emerged with a new sense of purpose, determined to share his own awakening to his prior life of excess and greed, and to investigate how he as an individual, and we as a race, could improve the way we live and walk in the world.

Armed with nothing but his innate curiosity and a small crew to film his adventures, Shadyac set out on a twenty-first century quest for enlightenment.  Meeting with a variety of thinkers and doers–remarkable men and women from the worlds of science, philosophy, academia, and faith–including such luminaries as David Suzuki, Noam Chomsky, Howard Zinn, Archbishop Desmond Tutu, Lynne McTaggart, Ray Anderson, John Francis, Coleman Barks, and Marc Ian Barasch – Shadyac appears on-screen as character, commentator, guide, and even, at times, guinea pig. An irrepressible “Everyman” who asks tough questions, but offers no easy answers, he takes the audience to places it has never been before, and presents even familiar phenomena in completely new and different ways.  The result is a fresh, energetic, and life-affirming film that challenges our preconceptions about human behavior while simultaneously celebrating the indomitable human spirit.

Osho: The energy of the cosmos is surrounding you. All that is needed is a certain emptiness in you. The energy of the cosmos is surrounding you. All that is needed is a certain emptiness in you. So the emptiness is good; don’t fill it by beliefs, don’t fill it again by another kind of god, another philosophy, some existentialism. Don’t fill it. Leave it clean and fresh, and go deeper. Soon you will find from both sides, from outside and inside, a tremendous rush of energy, a tremendous rush of consciousness. Then you disappear, you are almost flooded with the cosmos. You are so small and the cosmos is so vast. You suddenly disappear into it, and that disappearance is the ultimate experience of enlightenment. Then you know you were neither an outsider, nor an insider; you are one with existence. Other than oneness with existence, nothing is going to help you. But that oneness is so easy, so obvious. Just a little relaxation, just a little turning in — not much effort, not much discipline, not much torture for yourself. … Once you understand this, meditation becomes possible. Once you understand this, you relax. You throw off all the armour that you have created around you as a security. You are no longer afraid. Fear disappears and love arises. In this state of love, emptiness happens. Or, if you can allow emptiness to happen, love will flower in it. Love is a flower of emptiness, total emptiness — emptiness is the situation. It can work both ways~

Intimacy of Connection in the Spin Horizon. We are all Inter-connected. We are parts of the same fabric. We Create the same Geometry together in the Fractal Field. From Micro to Macro, Atoms to Cosmos, we are all made of the same thing. All atoms and particles initially came from Stars. As above, so below.

Fractal concepts, Geometry concepts of Nature produce this higher level of understanding of mathematics in the description of physics of Creation. No two things are truly separate.

What is the Origin of Spin? http://www.theresonanceproject.org/pdf/origin_of_spin.pdf
The vacuum is Super-conductive, Super-fluid Media in which the structure of it permits the information move across infinite amount of scale instantaneously.

We are living at a critical time in history. The work done in our interdisciplinary research park may be crucial to our capacity to overcome the ecological and technological difficulties our world faces today.

A New Spin on Einstein’s Field Equations. Haramein and scientists at the Resonance Project Foundation have found a new solution to Einstein’s field equations which incorporates torque and Coriolis effects.

Furthermore, calculations were rendered to describe the collective and coherent behavior of the plasma dynamics of ergospheres orbiting the event horizons of black holes demanding a highly structured polarized vacuum, resulting in an alternative view of black holes where the exterior white hole portion surrounds the interior black(whole) Singularity.

According to Nassim’s research paper “Scale Unification – A Universal Scaling Law For Organized Matter”, the polarizable structured vacuum can be described in terms of resolutions analogous to a fractal-like scaling as a means of renormalization at the Planck distance.

Finally, he describes a New Horizon we term the “Spin Horizon” which is defined as a result of a spacetime torque producing boundary conditions in the magnetohydrodynamic structures of Galactic center black holes, which we demonstrate obeys similar dynamics as the interior of our Sun.

"The Origin of Spin: A Consideration of Torque and Coriolis Forces in Einstein’s Field Equations and Grand Unification Theory" by Nassim Haramein and E.A. Rauscher. http://www.theresonanceproject.org/pdf/torque_paper.pdf
This paper constitutes a foundational description of the source of angular momentum/spin at all scales (from macro systems to micro subatomic particle structures) rendering a unified view of gravitation to the other forces such as electromagnetism, strong and weak force.

The theory then relates the dual torus spacetime manifold to the subatomic group theoretical geometry of the cubeoctahedron (i.e. vector equilibrium), completing the picture at the quantum level. Both of these geometric structures and concepts are long-standing and fundamental components of Haramein’s research.

"Collective Coherent Oscillation Plasma Modes In Surrounding Media of Black Holes and Vacuum Structure" by Nassim Haramein and E.A. Rauscher. http://www.theresonanceproject.org/pdf/plasma_paper.pdf
This paper details the dynamics of coherent bodies such as stars, black holes, and galaxies and provides in depth information about the nature of plasma and the vacuum at the quantum level.

"The Schwarzschild Proton", by Nassim Haramein. http://www.theresonanceproject.org/pdf/AIP_CP_SProton_Haramein.pdf
This significant paper marks a new paradigm in the world of quantum theory, as it describes the nuclei of an atoms as a mini black hole, where protons are attracted to each other by gravitation rather than some mysterious undefined “strong force.” This radical new view of the quantum world produces a unification of the forces and appropriately predicts measured values for the nucleon of an atom.

The Resonance Project Foundation’s accomplished team of scientists study the principles of Unified Field Theory and its applications in a sustainable research environment.

The beginning of this video pretty much sums up all the changes I’ve personally experienced in the past year.
