I guess the question is if you're willing to put in the effort
I have no doubt that, that diet would make you healthier and I was considering it but the farther I got the more things it says to eliminate. Ultimately I’m not willing to put that much effort in nor completely eliminate some of those things.
I already try to eat organic and I don’t really have much dairy, but I can drink more water and cut back on the sugar intake to see if it helps. The other stuff like food coloring isn’t worth the effort in my opinion. I can put that effort into reading or something more productive.
Besides, these bodies are merely a temporary vessel anyway.
